Returns & Exchanges

At Ziggy Lou™, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. If your items aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for store credit or exchange on all full-priced items in original condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and headwear must have the protective gusset and tags intact.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred outcome.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the generated shipping label. Drop your parcel off at any authorized post office or collection point within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
