How long will it take for my order to ship?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. During peak sale periods or new collection launches, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped.

What is your return policy?

We offer returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How should I care for my Ziggy Lou™ knitwear?

To maintain the quality of our delicate knits, we recommend a cold hand wash with mild wool detergent. Dry flat in the shade and avoid tumble drying or hanging, as this can cause the garment to stretch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your parcel. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
